How We’re Different
That’s a question I get a lot. I think the answer comes from my clients. It was because I was working behind the scenes for so long that I decided that building a reception hall and coordinating would fulfill me as a person. I learned what it was that clients were looking for. My staff and me are committed to making your event a full production of success. From the invitations to clean up, your guests will know that you hired professionals.
I think most people are tired of the mundane and are looking for the chic. Out with the brass and in with the pewter. Dance floor wherever you’d like it - we have wall-to-wall hardwood floors. Having a BYOB facility that will save you money on alcohol. The choice to bring in food from outside - and, of course, taking home the leftovers that you have paid for. All of this with the option of hiring a professional event coordinator with over ten years experience to assist you in making your event memorable. So let’s talk about that. I call myself a professional coordinator for a multitude of reasons. I trained at Temple University and have taken continuing educational classes at several area colleges. However, that’s not why I call myself professional. Long before “Whose Wedding is it Anyway?” aired I was running my business like a business. I get up everyday with the notion that I am making a difference in my client’s lives. This isn’t a hobby for me…. it’s a job which I happen to love. I have event planning software that can produce reports at a touch of a button as well as design layout software. I’m not a bride-turned-coordinator because I had a ball coordinating my wedding. I’m a Professional Special Event and Wedding Coordinator. I’m here for the long haul and I have a vested interest in your event from the moment you sign my contract. I’m not going into this getting frazzled midway because I realize it’s not what I expected and it surely isn’t my wedding planning ideas. I’m a professional with more than 10 long years of sound experience. I stay “on top of my game”. I know what’s new and I know what was last season’s rage. I belong to a coordinator’s site that consists of professionals from all over the world and we help each other to stay on top of our competitors.
