How many guests does your facility accommodate?

Perfect Settings can comfortably accommodate 125 persons for a sit-down meal. This allows a nice sized dancing area as well.

Does Perfect Settings have a preferred vendor listing?

Yes. And we’ll be happy to share that with you.

Must I hire an Event Coordinator to help with my event or could I do it on my own?

You may plan your event on your own, hire an outside coordinator or hire Daisy as your coordinator. The choice is yours.

Does a coordinator save me money?

Hiring a coordinator will definitely save you time and lower your stress levels, allowing you to focus on other aspects of the event. I am an experienced professional, and I have a wide network of contacts and vendors. What normally occurs is that when I free up money in one area of an event, a client usually chooses to spend that savings in another category. For example, if we’ve budgeted $1000 for a DJ, and I find some good candidates in the $500 range, the client may decide to use that saved $500 on upgrading food or flower choices.

Can I hire Daisy to coordinate my wedding at a facility of my choice?

Absolutely!

What if I want to coordinate most of my wedding but don’t want to be bothered with certain parts of the planning?

We can customize packages that are specific to your needs. While most of them already offer flexibility, we’ll be happy to work with you.

What’s the average cost of a wedding?

That depends on a number of factors. Only you can decide your priorities, preferences, budgets, and areas for negotiation. An average wedding in Lancaster County costs upwards of $20,000. With that said, Perfect Settings has hosted and/or planned weddings from $10,000 to $100,000.

Is there off street parking?

Yes, there is parking lot just a few steps away from Perfect Settings.
